How Much Sleep You Need To Stay Healthy

Today in Hurumanu 6 we are learning about how much sleep we need. We read an article about how much sleep we need as young teenagers. We have a set of questions to answer on our blog about sleep. What was hard, nothing was hard, what was easy, everything was easy, what did I enjoy the most doing this blog post, what did I least enjoy, nothing.

1. How much sleep does a teenager need to get?
A teenager needs to get around 8-10 hours of sleep because too less sleep you will be tired and end up        sleeping in class the next day!

2. What time do you get up to go to school? What time do you go to sleep at on average?
Calculate the times does this give you enough sleep?
I get up at 7:00 in the morning and go to bed at 9:00 so I have 11 hours of sleep.

3. Quality of sleep: List four ways you can help your body get a quality nights sleep.
You can help your body by having a bath before bed, read a book, don't be on your device before bed          because when you use your device before bed, it makes your brain work faster, and don't eat food                before bed at least 1-2 hours before bed.

4. In your own words, why do you think it is important to get a good sleep each night? How do you think      this will help you at school.
I think it is important because you won't be grumpy in school and won't be sleepy and end up sleeping        in class, and you're not learning ready.

Question for viewers, what time do you wake up and go to sleep?

We also did an activity about our weekly schedule, here is my weekly sequle.
